Remove pork after searing and put garlic in pan for 30 seconds.
Add apple cider vinegar and deglaze the pan.
Add to the pan apple cider and mustard.
Bring to boil and stir until it reduces to a glaze.
Add rosemary (optional), red pepper flakes (optional, and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and pour over slices of pork loin.
