Easy & Healthy High-protein Beef Bowl
  1. Cook the ground beef with the salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, dried thyme, gochujang, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed garlic, and diced onion in a skillet over medium-high heat for 7-10 minutes, adding the ⅓ cup of water as needed.

  2. Bake or air fry the diced sweet potatoes at 400°F for 35 minutes, seasoning with coarse salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, cayenne pepper, chopped rosemary, thyme, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and optional red chili flakes.

  3. Steam the broccoli for 4-5 minutes, seasoning with salt to taste.

  4. Assemble the bowls with the cooked ground beef, baked sweet potatoes, and steamed broccoli. Top with optional garnishes like sliced green scallions and avocado slices or cubes.
