Mix together all of your ingredients listed under WET BATTER and DRY BATTER.
Coat your shrimp in your WET BATTER first then DRY BATTER. Allow your shrimp to sit for 10 minutes before cooking.
During these 10 mins, mix all of your ingredients listed under BANG BANG SAUCE
After 10 mins, pan fry your shrimp until golden crispy on both side
After you've pan fried all of your shrimp, drizzle your BANG BANG SAUCE all over your shrimp and gently toss.
Garnish with scallion.
Enjoy as an appetizer or with rice, cucumber and seaweed.
