Healthy Sweet Potato Wraps
  1. In a bowl add the grated sweet potato, egg, cheese and seasoning. Mix well

  2. Over medium heat, heat a little oil in a pan.

  3. Add the sweet potato mixture and spread it evenly over the pan to make a wrap

  4. Cook on each side for about 10 minutes until golden and crispy

  5. You can also bake them or air fry
