Slice your banana into even pieces, then place onto a lined baking tray.
Drizzle over your peanut butter and spread it out all over with the back of a spoon.
Add your chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small bowl and melt in the microwave or using a double boiler. If using the microwave, use 30-second increments, stirring in between so the chocolate doesn't burn.

Place your banana bark in the freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight.
Slice or break up into pieces and enjoy!
