Samosa Pinwheels
  1. Fill the puff pastry with the potato, pea, cilantro, pepper and spice mixture.

  2. Roll the puff pastry tightly and gently press it out as you go.

  3. Cut the rolled puff pastry into pinwheels.

  4. Top the pinwheels with an egg wash and bake until golden.

  5. Serve with your favorite sauce.
