Preheat oven to 375°F. Place a cookie sheet on the center oven rack. Let pie crust thaw for 10–20 minutes. Prick bottom and sides with fork.
Blind bake the crust on the cookie sheet for 9–11 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating until blended.
Stir in chopped shrimp and shredded cheese. Pour mixture into pre-baked crust.
Bake 30–35 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
