In a bowl, mix olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and ranch dressing. Season with Kinder seasoning, cowboy butter, lemon butter, and garlic seasoning.
Add the thinly sliced chicken breasts and mix to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to marinate.
In another bowl, mix melted butter, panko breadcrumbs, and more Kinder seasoning.
In a third bowl, mix ranch dressing, shredded mozzarella cheese, and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Season with more Kinder seasoning.
Heat a cast iron pan with olive oil. Add the marinated chicken and the remaining sauce.
Cook the chicken until golden brown on one side, then continue cooking until fully cooked.
Top the chicken with the cheese mixture, then the panko mixture.
Bake in the oven at 450°F for about 5 minutes until the topping is crispy.
Alternatively, skip the cast iron and bake it in the oven at 425°F for 25 mins.
