Throw everything into the pot.
Combine sauce mixture ingredients: White miso – 1 tbsp, Soy sauce – 1 tsp, Mirin – 1 tsp, Rice vinegar – a drop (about ¼ tsp), Sake / cooking wine – 2 tbsp.
Add sauce mixture to the pot.
Keep on very low heat for about 10 minutes, allowing ingredients to release natural moisture and form broth.
Finish with fresh chopped green onions as garnish.
Enjoy it hot straight from the pot.
