Quick Seitan
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Knead the mixture into a smooth, elastic dough.

  3. Cut the dough into small pieces.

  4. Fill a frying pan with a little water.

  5. Add the seitan pieces along with a splash of oil.

  6. Cover the pan with a lid and let the seitan steam over high heat for 10-15 minutes.

  7. Remove the lid so the water can evaporate, then fry the seitan until golden brown and crispy.
