Blueberry Cream Cheese Bread
  1. Make a blueberry puree by cooking 1 ½ cups of blueberries with some sugar on low heat until soft and juices run out, then blend it

  2. Spread the soft cream cheese over the dough

  3. Add the blueberry puree on top of the cream cheese

  4. Cut the dough in half and twist it

  5. Place the twisted dough in a 9x5 inch loaf pan lined with parchment paper

  6. Let the dough rise for 30-45 minutes

  7. Bake the bread
