Crockpot Chicken & Dumplings
  1. If using pre cooked chicken start with your broth and seasoning and add your vegetables, besides salt and pepper I add poultry seasoning, celery salt. If using raw chicken add those now as well. Cook for 2 hours on high or 4 hours on low.

  2. Once chicken is cooked through remove and cut or shred. Add back to soup and add peas.

  3. Flatten and cut biscuits into small bite-sized pieces then stir into chicken mixture. Spoon liquid over any biscuits at the top.

  4. Cook on High until vegetables are tender and biscuits are cooked through, stirring every 30 minutes, about 2 hours more.
