  1. Mix mayo, banana pepper juice, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper in a jar

  2. Shake the jar to combine the dressing

  3. Chop romaine, banana peppers, red onion, turkey, salami, prosciutto, tomato, and provolone

  4. Mix the chopped ingredients together in a bowl

  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine

  6. Top with freshly grated parmesan and serve
