Combine all the ingredients and marinate the chicken for 1 hour.
Deep fry the chicken in batches in medium hot oil until golden brown.
When golden remove from the oil and place on a paper towel.
Heat oil, fry the peppers and remove with a slotted spoon.
Next, fry onions and garlic until soft.
Stir in the sauces, zeal and cook for a few minutes.
Add the chicken to the sauces and mix well.
Bring to a simmer for 6 - 7 minutes.
Lastly add the fried peppers.
Garnish with spring onions.
Serve with noodles or rice.
