Chilli Chicken & Noodles
  1. Combine all the ingredients and marinate the chicken for 1 hour.

  2. Deep fry the chicken in batches in medium hot oil until golden brown.

  3. When golden remove from the oil and place on a paper towel.

  4. Heat oil, fry the peppers and remove with a slotted spoon.

  5. Next, fry onions and garlic until soft.

  6. Stir in the sauces, zeal and cook for a few minutes.

  7. Add the chicken to the sauces and mix well.

  8. Bring to a simmer for 6 - 7 minutes.

  9. Lastly add the fried peppers.

  10. Garnish with spring onions.

  11. Serve with noodles or rice.
