Preheat oven to 320°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Place ingredients in a food processor. Blend until combined.
Form dough into 12 balls and place them on the baking sheet.
Flatten each ball by pressing down with a fork until about ½-inch thick.
Bake for about 12 minutes or until baked all the way through.
Allow to cool completely before serving.
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze.
