  1. Preheat your oven to 200C

  2. Grease an ovenproof dish or baking tray with olive oil and place in the hot oven

  3. Put the chickpea flour into a large bowl and whisk in the water followed by the olive oil and salt

  4. Set aside while you chop any toppings then take the hot dish out of the oven, pour in the batter and top with the rosemary as well as the olives, onions and tomatoes if using

  5. Bake for 30 minutes until golden then leave to cool

  6. Slice and serve with your favourite salad, on the side with some dips or as an alternative to bread with some soup
