Gather the ingredients.
In a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons gochujang, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 clove garlic (minced), 2 teaspoons sesame seeds.
