Marinate chicken with all marinade ingredients for 10–15 minutes.
Pan fry on high flame for 9–10 minutes until golden brown and crispy, or air fry at 200°C for 7–8 minutes.
Mix grated, squeezed cucumber into yogurt with garlic, salt, pepper, honey, and coriander.
Spoon the cucumber yogurt sauce onto a plate, top with crispy chicken bites.
Eat as is or with a roti.
