Ingredients
Add balsamic vinegar to a small saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in honey until fully combined.
Bring to a gentle simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low.
Simmer 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until reduced by about half.
Remove when it coats the back of a spoon but still drips slowly.
Let cool; it will thicken further as it cools.
