Sauce:
Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes.
Mix ingredients together & pour over steak bites in a zip lock bag
Shake until coated
Melt the butter in a large skillet over high heat.
Add the steak cubes and sear on all sides until browned and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
For the Sauce:
Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately over mashed potatoes or polenta
