Blueberry Bagels
  1. Sprinkle your sugar and yeast on top of the warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes until it's foamy

  2. Pour the wet mixture into the flour and salt, and stir it together until it forms a loose ball

  3. Pop the dough on your bench and knead for 10 mins, if it gets too sticky you can add more flour

  4. Add the dough ball to an oiled bowl and let it rest for 2h

  5. Divide the dough into 8 sections then form each section into a ball, poke a hole in the middle and stretch the hole out

  6. Let them rest for another 5 mins then bring a pot of water with 1 tbsp of honey to the boil

  7. Boil the bagels for 1 - 2 mins each side, fish them out and sprinkle some sugar on top

  8. Bake at 180 for 20 - 25 mins or until golden brown
