Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine turkey, stuffing mix, cranberries, broth, egg, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Mix until combined but don’t overmix.
Roll into 16 golf ball-sized portions.
Brush with butter for crispness.
Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and internal temperature is 165°F.
Cool slightly and serve warm with gravy or cranberry sauce.
