Soft Buttery Cookies
  1. Cream butter & icing sugar gently (don't over-mix or cookies will spread on baking)

  2. Add flour and mix gently to form a dough

  3. Roll into tiny balls, press lightly with a fork to create an indentation

  4. Bake at 175°C for 12–14 mins until edges are lightly golden

  5. Cool completely, they'll firm up as they rest

  6. Store in an airtight container for up to a month
