Grandma's Penuche Frosting
  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan.

  2. Add brown sugar and bring to a boil.

  3. Continue cooking for 1 minute until thickens.

  4. Let set 15 minutes.

  5. Mix in hot milk.

  6. Add powdered sugar gradually till spreading consistency.

  7. If it gets too thick add a little milk.
