Combine chicken, vinegar, salt in a bowl. Mix well and set aside for 10-15 minutes
Mix remaining ingredients well, coat chicken, and marinate at least 3 hours (overnight is best).
Bring to room temperature before cooking.
Grill: 3–4 mins each side, until charred.
Pan-fry: 10–12 mins, flipping occasionally.
Air-fry: 190°C for 8 mins, flip, then another 4 mins.
Serve with warm pita, creamy tzatziki, and a fresh salad or fattoush.
