Mix all above ingredients for crust.
Use 9" x 13" pan - press ⅔ of crust in pan.
In another pan, thicken cherries with 4-5 tablespoons of minute tapioca - let cool.
Add cherries to crust pan.
Sprinkle remaining crust on top.
Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
