Tear the tempeh into chunks.
Chop or blend the chili and garlic until it's a chunky paste.
Fry the chili-garlic paste in a few Tbsp of oil for 2-3mins.
Add the tempeh and keep frying.
Mix the soy sauces and sugar, and add to the pan.
Stir fry for a couple of mins until the beans are tender.
Serve with rice.
