Pad Krapow Tofu
  1. Tear the tempeh into chunks.

  2. Chop or blend the chili and garlic until it's a chunky paste.

  3. Fry the chili-garlic paste in a few Tbsp of oil for 2-3mins.

  4. Add the tempeh and keep frying.

  5. Mix the soy sauces and sugar, and add to the pan.

  6. Stir fry for a couple of mins until the beans are tender.

  7. Serve with rice.
