Stuffed Mushroom Dip
Ingredients
8 oz mushrooms, roughly chopped
3 T butter
2 T butter
Garlic
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup of sour cream
1 cup of shredded Parmesan
½ cup Italian panko bread crumbs
3 TBSP grated Parmesan
Garlic herb seasoning
Add mushrooms to a medium to high heat pan with the butter
Add minced garlic.
Set aside.
In a separate bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese and season well with pepper and a garlic herb seasoning. Add mushrooms to the mixture.
Grease a 8x8 pan and pour in mushroom mixture
In a small bowl, mix panko and Parmesan cheese.
Pour on top of dip.
Melt 2 TBSP of butter and pour over the bread crumb mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes then broil for around 2 minutes until golden
