Mix carrot and potato peelings, sliced red onion, peas, finely chopped garlic clove, and finely chopped green chilli together
Add gram flour, salt, Malaysian curry powder, and lightly crushed coriander seeds to the mixture
Stir in water gradually to make a thick batter
Deep fry spoonfuls of the batter in hot oil until golden and crisp
Drain on paper towels and serve hot
