  2. Add gram flour, salt, Malaysian curry powder, and lightly crushed coriander seeds to the mixture

  3. Stir in water gradually to make a thick batter

  4. Deep fry spoonfuls of the batter in hot oil until golden and crisp

  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot
