Low Effort High Reward Green Mexican Chicken Salad
  1. Add sauce ingredients into a blender along with 1 ½ tsp salt. For the cilantro use ½ the bunch. Blend until smooth.

  2. Add chicken, veggies, and sauce into a large bowl. Mix well. Cover and place in fridge for 1 hour minimum. Try and adjust salt to taste.

  3. Serve over tostadas with hot sauce and enjoy.
