Chocolate, Tahini + Date Cookies
  1. Put the oven on to 180C fan or 200 regular

  2. Blend 170g of pitted medjool dates with 120ml of warm milk and then empty into a bowl

  3. To this add 80g of tahini, one egg and 30g of extra virgin olive oil , mix well.

  4. To this add 30g of cacao, 100g of ground almonds, a pinch of salt and 1 tsp baking powder

  5. Take a tsp and scoop onto a baking sheet. Add a sprinkle of sesame seeds and bake for 8 minutes

  10. Take a tsp and scoop onto a baking sheet. Add a sprinkle of sesame seeds and bake for 8 minutes
