20-minute Bang Bang Salmon Bowls
  1. Cut salmon into cubes and add to a bowl

  2. Add avocado oil, soy sauce, and seasonings to salmon and toss to coat well

  3. Transfer salmon to a foil or parchment paper lined baking sheet

  4. Broil on high for 8 minutes then remove from oven and set aside

  5. Cook jasmine rice and set aside

  6. Slice cucumbers and add to a small bowl

  7. Toss cucumbers with rice vinegar and furikake seasoning

  8. Add all bang bang sauce ingredients to a bowl and whisk until smooth

  9. Taste and adjust sauce as needed

  10. Assemble bowls with rice on the bottom, followed by salmon, cucumber salad, and bang bang sauce

  11. Serve with pickled onions
