Caprese di Melanzane

    Methods:

  1. Cut Eggplant in ca. 1cm Slices

  2. Sprinkle salt on the eggplant slices

  3. Fry the Eggplant in some olive oil

  4. Cut Tomato and Mozzarella into Slices

  5. Pour some olive oil and breadcrums in an oven dish. Then arrange Eggplant, Tomato, Mozzarella and Basil to fill up the dish.

  6. Bake it for 10-15 minutes at 180-200°
