Marinate chicken for at least 3 hours, ideally overnight
Lay on a baking sheet with wire rack skin side up
Bake at 425F for 25-30 minutes, flip for the last 10 minutes
Take out of the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes prior to serving
Teriyaki glaze:
Heat glaze ingredients over low heat until thickened to desired consistency
Brush over chicken before serving or serve as a dip.
