Soy Sauce Chicken
  1. Marinate chicken for at least 3 hours, ideally overnight

  2. Lay on a baking sheet with wire rack skin side up

  3. Bake at 425F for 25-30 minutes, flip for the last 10 minutes

  4. Take out of the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes prior to serving

    Teriyaki glaze:

  1. Heat glaze ingredients over low heat until thickened to desired consistency

  2. Brush over chicken before serving or serve as a dip.
