Toast the sourdough bread
Butter and jam the toasted bread
Blitz the bread into flakes
Brown the butter
Mix browned butter with sugars and miso
Add egg, yolk and vanilla to the mixture
Fold in dry ingredients (flour, bicarb, baking powder, salt)
Add white chocolate and 60g toast flakes to the dough
Spoon jam over dough to marble without mixing
Scoop dough portions and coat in toast flakes
Chill the scooped dough
Bake at 190°C for 9-11 minutes
Top with extra white chocolate while warm
Cool slightly and enjoy
