Marry Me Chicken Salad
  1. Add all dressing ingredients to a blender or small food processor

  2. Blend for a minute or two until smooth

  3. Taste and add salt if needed

  4. If the mixture doesn't emulsify, add an egg yolk and ½ teaspoon of mustard to a separate bowl

  5. While constantly whisking, add small dollops of the dressing to emulsify

  6. Add the remaining salad ingredients to a bowl

  7. Add the dressing and toss everything until combined

  8. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days
