Air Fryer Fried Chicken
  1. Season chicken thighs with secret seasoning and rub it in well

  2. Dust chicken with baking powder to help skin brown and crisp

  3. Mix 2 parts flour with 1 part cornstarch and additional secret seasoning for the dredge

  4. Spray air fryer basket with oil

  5. Place chicken skin side down in basket and spray with oil again

  6. Cook at 325°F for 12 minutes to slowly render the fat under the skin

  7. Flip chicken so skin side is up

  8. Increase heat to 400°F and cook for 12 minutes until golden and crispy

  9. Remove and serve
