Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook pasta as directed.
Warm butter and oil, cook the garlic for a min. Add in the dried herbs.
Toss in frozen peas til defrosted and warm. Add salt and pepper to taste
Add in sliced snap peas until crisp get integrated. Drizzle on lemon
Add in the cooked pasta and top with parm.
You can top with optional things like chicken, asparagus, burrata, or fresh herbs like mint or parsely. (or bacon and shallot)
