Place pineapple chunks, ginger, pepper and lemon juice in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove pulp and reserve the liquid.
Discard pulp (or use it in another recipe!).
Stir in raw honey while liquid is still warm (from the blender!).
Take 1 tsp every 2-3 hours as needed.
Store in the fridge for up to a week or freeze in smaller portions.
