Preheat oven at 220°C.
Cut the tops off the peppers. Remove the seeds and place them in a baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes.
Cook the rice.
Bake the mushrooms until golden brown.
Add the onion and garlic.
Add the ground beef or chicken.
Add the tomato sauce and spices.
Add the cooked rice.
Add half of the mozzarella.
Fill the peppers, top with mozzarella and bake another 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly & brown.
