Chorizo, Halloumi & Spring Onion Loaded Hash Browns
  1. Cook 6 hash browns in the air fryer/oven according to the pack instructions.

  2. Grate 50g halloumi cheese, then add to a bowl.

  3. Add 30g diced chorizo & 2 chopped spring onions.

  4. Crack in 1 large egg & add any seasonings/herbs or spices of your choice, then mix well.

  5. Spoon the mixture on top of the hash browns.

  6. Air fry at 180C or oven bake at 180C fan/200C for a further 8-10 mins or until golden & crispy.

  7. Serve with sweet chilli sauce for dipping.
