Pizza Crunch
  1. Add your dry ingredients (100g plain flour, 150g fine rice flour, 2 tsp baking powder) to a bowl and gradually whisk through your beer, adding enough till it's smooth and the thickness of emulsion paint!

  2. Cut your pizza in half or into triangles and dip the cheese side into some plain flour.

  3. Then submerge in batter and carefully drop into hot oil heated to 180c cheese side down.

  4. When that has crisped up, flip and cook the other side.

  5. Remove to kitchen paper then season with salt and vinegar.

  6. Serve while hot and crispy.
