Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and line two baking trays with baking parchment.
Place all of the ingredients except for the cheese in a mini food chopper or food processor and blend until smooth. Stir in the cheese.
Take approximately one third of a teaspoon of the mixture and place into your hands. Roll into a ball about the size of a small marble. Place onto the baking tray and repeat until all the mixture is used.
Use your thumb to squash the ball down, then repeat with the rest. Make sure the cat treats aren’t touching.
Next, push the fat end of a chopstick into the center of one of the cat treats – this will make the larger central pad of the paw print. Use the point of the chopstick to make the three little pads above the central pad. Repeat for all of the cookies.
Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until just starting to color. Take out of the oven and let them cool on the tray before storing in an air-tight jar.
