Cut the dates in half and remove the seeds.
Place a bowl in the middle of the steamer to collect the sauce as the chicken steams.
Steam the chicken, ginger, and goji berries.
In a pan, cook the ginger and scallions/spring onions in oil.
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt to taste.
Serve the steamed chicken with the ginger scallion sauce.
