Place your pork mince into a bowl then add in the salt, BBQ seasoning, garlic, granules, onion granules and black pepper. Mix well, then shape into two rectangular patties measuring approximately 6" x 3" if you wet your hands, this will make the job easier, then use your finger to make four indents within the meat, this will replicate the original shop bought version.
Place the patties into your air fryer and cook at 200c for 14 minutes or the internal temp reaches at least 75c. Halfway through brush with BBQ sauce.
Spread some BBQ sauce onto the base of a toasted sub roll, place the rib patty on top, then add some onions and gherkins before topping with the bun lid.
