Preheat oven to 190C
Chop the tomatoes and garlic, season with salt and pepper, and drain the juice after 5 minutes
Roll out the puff pastry on a sheet of greaseproof paper and spread the pesto, feta, and tomatoes, then roll vertically
Make diagonal cuts in the roll about ⅔ down, then squish down the parts in the middle with a stick-type object
Shape the roll into a circle and pinch the two ends together
Brush with egg wash, add sesame seeds, and lift the paper with the ring into a baking dish
Bake for 45-50 minutes
Drizzle some honey over the pastry while it's hot
