Pesto Feta Phyllo Wreath Wrap
  1. Preheat oven to 190C

  2. Chop the tomatoes and garlic, season with salt and pepper, and drain the juice after 5 minutes

  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a sheet of greaseproof paper and spread the pesto, feta, and tomatoes, then roll vertically

  4. Make diagonal cuts in the roll about ⅔ down, then squish down the parts in the middle with a stick-type object

  5. Shape the roll into a circle and pinch the two ends together

  6. Brush with egg wash, add sesame seeds, and lift the paper with the ring into a baking dish

  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes

  8. Drizzle some honey over the pastry while it's hot
