One Pot Rib Biriyani
  1. For the Ribs:

  2. In Saute Mode: Add the ribs, garlic, cumin seeds, coriander powder, cinnamon powder, cardamom pods, chili flakes, black peppercorns, salt, and cloves in a pressure cooker in that order.

  3. Add the olive oil, onions, fresh coriander, tomato paste, and vinegar.

  4. Add enough water to cover the meat.

  5. Cover the pressure cooker and cook for 50 Minutes, or until the meat is tender.

  6. For the Rice:

  7. Drain the soaked basmati rice and add it to the pot with the cooked ribs.

  8. Cover the pot and cook on low heat for 9 Minutes or until the rice is cooked through.
