Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F)
Sauté spinach in 1 tbsp olive oil until wilted, cool and chop
Mix ricotta, feta, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oregano
Fold in spinach
Grease moulds with 1 tbsp olive oil
Spoon mix into moulds, ¾ full
Bake 18-20 minutes until golden
Cool and serve
