Measure everything apart from the blueberries into your smoothie or jug blender, mine was overfilled I used a spoon to mix it. Blend for a minute or so until smooth.
Pour in the blueberries, stir through.
Warm a frying pan, add some oil to coat the pan. Scoop or spoon onto the pan, and cook until you see bubbles then flip cook for another minute.
Transfer to a wire rack.
Serve with yoghurt, banana and nut butter or maple syrup.
