Boil some water in a large saucepan, add 2 big pinches of salt and your pasta. Cook for 2 minutes less than what's indicated on the pack.
To a large frying pan, warm on low-medium heat and add the olive oil. When warm, add the crushed garlic and let the oil absorb the flavours.
Add a generous squeeze of tomato paste and let cook for 3 minutes or until soft.
Add your tuna, including the oil. Cook for 2 minutes, then add cream and black pepper and let simmer until reduced.
Drain the pasta and add it to the same pan. Sauté or mix until fully combined!
